Short Term Rentals in Dana Point, Orange County, CA

Hello BP friends

I own a condo in Dana Point Beach, Orange County, California (about a mile walk to the beach); I have always rented it out as a yearly lease but now thinking I should leverage my beach location better and switch to short term leases. HOA allows 30 day rentals. I seek advice on how to do make that switch? How has your experience been? Are there companies out there who can handle the furnishing, monthly cleaning, maintenance of the unit?
