Hello All

Sitting in California, and trying to manage ppty is tough. I cannot seem to find a decent/ reliable and honest general handy man to make MOVE OUT repairs and possibly change flooring. My rental unit was left in poor condition and is sitting vacant..losing $$. 

Can anyone recommend?  Thnx in advance.
