Out of state rental - using property mngt for new construction
Hi everyone, just wanted to get your thoughts. Recently got my first rental under contract. It is a new construction and was wondering if you would still use a rental property management company or use applications to do on your own from out of state? If I do the latter, I will find people who can take care of issues that may arise. Thanks for any feedback.
