What's your Property Management tech stack?
I'm going to attempt to self-manage a few properties in 2021. This is a new area for me as a landlord. What are the latest and greatest tools you use for finding, screening, qualifying tenants, receiving maintenance requests, receiving and tracking incoming rents. I'd love to hear your tech stack!

@Greg Moore I am a huge fan of Cozy.co which I have been using for several years now. I just switched to AppFolio now that I have over 60 units, but Cozy is perfect for the first few buildings. For screening tenants, I have been using Zillow. I market my apartments here in the Chicago area primarily through Zillow and Apartments.com.
Thanks for sharing @John Warren! I've used Cozy.co in the past and really liked it. I've been thinking about going back to it. And thanks for the comments on Zillow and Apartments.com.

@Greg Moore If you use something like Buildium, Apfolio or propertyware you can get most of things you need in one spot. Online apps, online rent payments and accounting. they also make it easy to communicate and keep the communication in one spot. Zillow and FB marketplace for rental listings. Good Luck

Depends on Class of properties to be managed. The better the class, the easier to manage and the less detail work required.
We'd NEVER trust Zillow or any other automated system to screen applicants for Class C properties!
