Rental property repair

Hello. I am looking into staying a side hustle and eventually go into business for myself in the Phoenix area. I am looking into doing repair work at rental properties. I picked this because I would like to eventually be investing in real estate in the future. I worked at the company that I am at for 16 yrs and help build it from a start up to $18m annually. I know most things about maintenance of a property. I am not currently licenced or insured and would do that if there was enough interest.

Just looking to see if this would be of interest to anyone here or if anyone has any pointers to getting this going.

Thanks!
