Home Insurance in Houston.. keeps goong up
Its painful to see my annual home insurance premiums, for my Houston rental houses, keeps increasing without a single claim!!
Are you seeing the same? Does anyone have any recommendations or referrals??

@Tony Wilcox never include insurance with escrow, that way you can get bids every year, most will give you a lower bid to switch to them in year one, then raise you in year 2. Thinking you won’t move every year.
