PM in PA - Recommendations?

Hey BP wizards.  Looking for recommendations for a PM company in Pennsylvania.  Just closed on a property in Lancaster that is/was being managed by Slatehouse PM.  They have completely dropped the ball with the transfer of ownership (very poor communication, horrid to nonexistent on-boarding, fees not appropriately closed out, etc).  

Looking for some recommendations to interview other companies that service this area (we are 3 hours away).
