Eviction Process - Do I need to send a non renewal notice as well?

I have a tenant in New Hampshire that I am in the process of evicting. The tenant had until 1/6/25 to pay the back rent or move out and did neither. As of yesterday, they were served with the landlord tenant writ. This tenant has a lease expiring 2/15/25. My question is, do I need to send a non-renewal notice as well? NH requires a 30 day notice. My hope is they will be removed from the property prior to 2/15 but, I'm worried if paperwork was done incorrectly (I don't believe it was) and I need to start the process over again, I can just fall back on the 30 day notice. Thoughts on if I should send the non renewal as well?? thanks!
