Hey @Alexis Brown - I actually am curious about this myself. It seems so hard to find good contractors these days that are reliable and show up when they say they do.

Make yourself the best customer.

1.  Steady volume of business.    
2.  Very few job changes.   Think thru the project.   
3.  As soon as you get their invoice “hand deliver” your payment immediately.

4.  Don’t go penny shopping.  If you want them to be part of their team, treat them as a team member.

If they are bad get rid of them.
