What expenses to pay with a PM LLC

I am curious what expenses others pay through their property management LLC on behalf of their rental properties. I know that the property owning LLCs should continue to pay the mortgages, but what other if any expenses should the property owning LLCs continue to pay vs the property management LLC. I would presume property insurance, but is there any other expenses that should not move over the the PM LLC? Thank you
