Looking for a local property manager In Seattle WA

I have a condo that has been rented out for about 7 years. The tenant was paying rent on time every month until COVID, he has been late on rent for about $10000 and now he is becoming more and more hard to deal with.  I recently asked him to start paying for his utilities, and he refused. Right now I want to hire a property manager to take care of this property so I don't have to deal with tenants.

I am open to every advice and please reach out to me if you think you will be able to help me solve this problem. Thank you!

I agree with Walter. Most property managers will not want to take on a property where the tenant is so far behind on rent.

I recommend you hire an attorney to remove the tenant, then place the property with a manager.

 Agreed.
