New to Multifamily Investing In Cleveland, Recommendations?

Hi all, 

I am in the process of purchasing 2-4 multifamily properties in Cleveland.  Hoping to self manage from California.  General tips? Vendor recommendations (plumbers, handymen, cleaners, etc)? Thanks a ton!

 Thanks Benjamin! Yep, we're in contract on 2 so far.  I've only invested in Oregon + California, but have been learning tons about Cleveland.
