Columbus, OH Section 8

Hi!

I know Section 8 in Columbus, OH has been notoriously backed up, but I have been waiting nearly a year to hear back from them on a rent increase for a unit I acquired last July. I had accounted for maybe 6 months, but this seems excessive. Has anyone else had the same experience? Any reccs to get things expedited?

Hire a PM co, I get rent increases in under 3 months. One took 9. So I called them screaming and yelling. Not only did I get what we wanted they back dated it the 9 months, Its ALL about your team and knowledge.
Good luck
