Rehab creative financing for a rental
I inherited a property this year and it is paid off. NOT interested in selling it. Any advice or recommendations on how to raise capital in order to fix it and rent it with no money down? Can I open a HELOC to fix the property?

You can take out hard money and use the properties equity as collateral. I’ve done this with no money down.
