Making a Lease
Hi friends, I am working on creating a lease through apartments.com and other rental property management companies online. I also have downloaded a sample lease agreement that came with the purchase of Brandon and Heather Turners book "Managing Rental properties". Any tips or suggestions on creating a lease for my new unit? Looking to create something that will keep me out of legal trouble. Thanks for your replies!
