Thank you Adam those are really good suggestions.  Yes they are moving and actually letting them break the lease early not for that but due to financial situation they have encounter so definitely use the Ozone machine and great idea about cleaning the ducts as well.

Thank you Adam, Don and Bruce.  Actually, I do have it on my lease that no smoking even Marijuana (although legal in California) is not allow anywhere in the home.  I like the idea of even adding vaping to my lease agreement.  So I thought maybe using an Ozone machine to get rid of the smell.  Otherwise, it might require to paint with Kilz odor blocker and then repaint the house....Any suggestions? 

Can anybody share articles/information about Marijuana smoking inside the home?  I have a tenant that claims only nicotine smells gets adhere to the walls in a home and not Marijuana.  Therefore, any supporting documentation to show either way is much appreciated.  Thank you in advance.

I would like to be able to save the rent estimator information in PDF.  This would allow me to go back and see how the market rents have changed over the years.  Also, it would be nice to have all the same functions such as the rental calculator, rent estimator working in the apps.  It makes it difficult to some times have to run to a laptop special when you are away on vacation.
