Property Management Agreement for Short Term Rentals

Hi Friends, 

I was approached to manage a couple of vacation rentals and just this last week a 3rd because of my background in tech and rental platforms however I have never actually managed someone else's property. I believe this has been a great and organic path to what I would like to do in the future when I start to invest in my own assets but I can't seem to find an excellent contract to send to the property owners. 

Does anyone have something that would give me a start in the right direction or even a template I could potentially use?
