I manage 400 rentals and emergency calls get routed to my cell phone. I average one emergency call a week and most of them are lockouts or minor issues that can be resolved over the phone in less than five minutes, then I deal with them in the morning.

I don't know how many rentals you have, but I find it hard to justify paying someone for that service.
