What do you use to keep track of your investment

Hello Everyone,

I'm trying to find a tool to keep track of the expense of my rental, AirBnB, property management and utilities, can anyone recommend a tool, apt or spreadsheet that can capture all of those? Something that can give me the breakdown on multiple properties and if I'm bringing money in or not.
