Termites for Commercial Building

Hello,

For those who own commercial real estate, how do you approach termites without having to tent the property? If we choose to tent the property, would the landlord be responsible for the loss wages of the tenants for the several days the property is tented? Would love to get your advice. Thanks in advance!
