Looking for a property manager who manages 4-plexs in Las Vegas

I've had a bad experience with a property manager in Las Vegas and now that I have 3 vacancies(ugh) I'm thinking this is my opportunity to hire someone in the area that is more responsive and available. Please let me know your experience and who you recommend in the area. Thanks!
