Genius Karen.

Are they worth it? I've interviewed like 4 CPAs/tax strategist this year and it's difficult because I know I'm not always comparing apples to apples. Has anyone used Amanda & Matt and have they been happy with them? It's a hefty price tag but I wanna go with an expert and they seem to know their stuff. Just looking for someone who has actually used their services to vouch (or not) for them. Thanks! Happy November friends!

Hey y'all - selling my ticket. I'd take $700.

 Messaged you!

Also wondering about this! I looked into Pace Morby's structure and these guy's structure and I think I liked this one more. So much to think about UGH! Pablo Flores did you end up using them? I am considering using them also... Oh! And I see you're in Palm Springs. I'm in Temecula and I will be out there August 8th. Would love to connect!

Hi friends! What do you use for bookkeeping? I hear good things about quickbooks but I just want to make sure there's nothing better out there for real estate investors. I have multiple homes in multiple states all with different property managers and some I manage myself. A program that lets me link multiple bank accounts and perhaps keep them separate per property or LLC would be great. Just wanna see what's out there. Thanks!

I can't attend BPCON2023 due to another engagement (wahhh!!) Please contact me if you're interested in my ticket.

Does anyone know someone or do Title in MD or TN and/or know and trust a Real Estate Attorney in the area? I'm creating an LLC in both of these states and moving my properties into them once I create them so I'm just looking for some referrals. Thanks!

I have a property manager who took over my property that was poorly managed and although they're new, I've loved them so far. Very cool person and you can let him know I sent you so he will take care of you. We were in constant contact for a while though the damage control from my last property manager.

He is also an agent and will be my agent for my next acquisition in Las Vegas.

I own in TN, TX, NV, CA, and MD and while creating my LLC structure I have had so many different opinions about how it should look! I'm seeking recommendations for how YOU did it and referrals for Real estate attorneys in any of these states. I've looked myself but would much rather go by a BP referral :)... Can't wait to hear what you have to say! :D
