Hello! We are starting our BRRR portfolio. What software do you use for your rentals? Looking for something to manage the following:

Screen tenants with background check

Credit check

Payment portal

Repair requests 

Create lease and sign for both parties 

Has anyone tried Zillow’s rental before?
