We're super new to this and it all helps us get a better picture of how to handle this.  We're going to be just letting the mgmt company just do the whole thing.  It sounds like that is the easiest solution.

Howdy folks!

I'm looking to get started renting my house in Chicago and was looking for a good management company to handle tenant complaints and repairs.  Things of that nature.  We have someone handling tenant acquisition and those kinds of thing.

Searching on Google finds way to many results and I'm looking to sift through as much noise as possible.
