Hello, we manage approximately 300 residential/multi-family/commercial properties in the Greater Charlottesville Area as well as the New River Valley and have recently been asked about Facilities Management. Since we manage a fair amount of commercial property, it will be a simple transition to offer Facilities Management as well. However, I could use some direction regarding a Facilities Management Agreement as well as a price structure.
