Hello, we manage approximately 300 residential/multi-family/commercial properties in the Greater Charlottesville Area as well as the New River Valley and have recently been asked about Facilities Management. Since we manage a fair amount of commercial property, it will be a simple transition to offer Facilities Management as well. However, I could use some direction regarding a Facilities Management Agreement as well as a price structure. I would appreciate the opportunity to connect with those whose have plenty of experience in Facilities Management.

Is anyone familiar with the civil action case Alabama Association of Realtors vs. US Department of Human Health Services? Appears they make a good case that the CDC does not have the authority to enact an eviction moratorium. Curious as to what other think and where this might go.

I own a family run property management business. There are 4 family members and we all put a lot of miles on our vehicles driving from showing to showing and property inspection to property inspection. If we purchase a vehicle, we are quickly underwater because of the high miles. If we lease a vehicle, we pay a small fortune for the extra miles when we return the car in 3 years. Today, someone suggested a TRAC Lease. Does anyone know the pros and cons of a TRAC Lease?
