Good Applications for Out of State Landlord

Hello BP!

I am weighing my options between self-managing my out of state rental and hiring property management. I am busy with my real estate bookkeeping business but the extra cash flow could be worth it if I invest in good systems. Does anyone have any applications recommendations that have helped you manage a property out of state?

It is a property that I used to house hack so I've been using Tenant Cloud for most things, but I'm curious to hear what other people like to use.

P.S. I am going to start interviewing property managers in Nashville, if anyone has good recommendations please let me know!
