What do you all do with moles?

I have a tenant complaining about a few mole runs in their backyard. This neighborhood has moles, it's a thing. I'm wondering if anyone has run into this and what if anything did you do regarding them? Leave them be, put down grub killer, castor oil, or leave them be?

I'd call Bill Murray for sure:

I would do nothing. A couple of them won't kill your lawn. I would tell the tenant that we don't deal with moles. If they want to have pest control do something non-invasive, you could allow that. Otherwise, I'd let it be.
