STR: Office / Work Space?

As I'm setting up a STR I find myself with both an available desk and space that makes sense to set up as a small workspace/office space to check that block realistically in a search engine, and genuinely accommodate if somebody is a digital nomad and using my space.

*What are others using to set up such a space?

Buying a printer seems like an expensive option, but something hotels have. Just having a desk, a chair, and a hauty “you’re welcome” seems a touch half hearted. Polling the audience for some ideas….
