Looking for Property Manager in Baltimore

Hi BP forum.  One of our property managers that manages 13 single family properties for us is pivoting to multifamily, so we are looking for a replacement.   One thing we really liked about this PM was that they did 2 proactive inspections per year, handled Water Bill payment, MDE annual renewals, and rental license renewals, which saved us a lot of time.    We were paying 8%.   We also work with a few others, but would love any recommendations this group may have for strong PM's!  Thank you for any suggestions!
