I recently bought a condo in a 6 unit building.  I am tasked with finding a landscaper for the building. We need someone to cut the lawn (not much lawn), plow and clear out some brush.  We would also like a haandy man to fix some pieces of wood on the deck and other small repairs. We do not need someone to collect rent or fill vacancies, rather property management in terms of upkeep. If anyone has recommendations on a company/person or where to look that would be great!

I just bought my first income property. I live in Plaistow but my parents live in Manchester and I have always asked them when looking at a place.  If you have a street name or section (if you don't want to get to specific)  I can always ask if it is a decent area.  I am looking for "war buddies" as Bigger Pockets calls it.
