Property Management Suggestion in Little Rock Arkansas
Hi All,
I am new to property investment and thanks to this amazing platform.
I have a question for y'all. How long does your property manager respond to your request?
Here is my situation. I gave the key to my PM right before new year and he promised me to provide a repair estimate ASAP. A week has passed and he still hasn't provided me an exact estimate. Talked to the PM on the phone and he said he'll provide an exact estimate tomorrow and it will take another week to get the house fixed up before listing it on the market.
Is it normal to take 2-3 weeks for a PM to get the house fixed up? The house needs a new layer of paint (2-3 days job), carpet fixing and some cleaning.
Thanks,
Vivi

Contractors are backed up, especially the good ones. It doesn't sound too unreasonable to me. Just my 2 cents.
