Large Scale Self-Storage
I recently became the director of sales at my company and have been tasked with finding investors to help raise capital for my company to scale at a much faster rate. So my question is, what would be a good place to approach and start a dialogue with potential investors/land equity partners?
Obviously, networking is the answer... and I am willing to do that.
I am just not sure where to start networking or who with? What are some of your experiences with reaching out to potential investors?
