Fishing for cash buyers with Property Managers
Hey i have been talking to a possible lead to a 2/1 in a rough area, i have been running the numbers and it has potential but its tight. The home is rented now on a month to moth status. This deal looks like it will be better for a rental than a retail sale. So i sent some emails to properties manager companies in the area asking do they have anyone that would be interested in distressed properties Has any one had success with this strategy? Or have another strategy for finding buy and hold investors? I think im going to need to market this deal to they more so, because the spread isnt as large as id like it to be.
