Hi folks,
We have an accepted offer on our first deal. The strategy is short term rental on a 2 bedroom townhouse in Panama City Beach. We feel inadequate at vetting a property manager as we will live out of state.
What questions should we ask?
Can we handle the bookings while they manage on site? Or do they have to do it all?
How much should this service cost?
Pretty much what's the process of getting a great manager?
Thanks,
Joey
