I about 4 weeks out from rehabbing 1 unit within a 4 plex that I own. This will be the first of 4. I want to get a quality tenant, but I have zero pics to show. Meaning, the big ticket items that I am replacing are in complete disarray.

I KNOW there is a way to do a simulation of what it will look like. This would be very similar to what r/e agents do prior to a house being complete, or maybe it is complete and they add staging.

Ideas?

I'm looking for suggestions for some local lenders in KC. I need someone that is aggressive in multi-family. I have excellent credit, low DTI, strong work history. I've also been a landlord for 18 years. I'm in the middle of a re-fi right now that has taken 6 months. It's with a larger bank, and I never EVER want to go through something like that again. I was to establish a relationship with a local lender that is open to having more than 4 mortgages. Suggestions?

Would love to join the meetup! I'm a seasoned investor in KC, fell in love with Tucson this winter and hoping to do some investing there.
