Hello everyone,

I’ve notice that there is an untouched subdivision here in South Norfolk. Are there any investors that hold any inventory there, specifically the Berkley subdivision and why are people avoiding it? I have noticed it’s a little rough around the edges, but the cash flow fits. Any advice.

Sincerely,

Marlon

South Norfolk is one of those neighborhoods that people who live on the outside stick their noses up at. People who are from there tend to go back home to live there. I have flipped there, own there, and property manager there. It’s like any other neighborhood. There are good streets and bad. Personally I avoid the hundred year old houses. You want to know where the historic district line is. It runs right along the north side of the lake. It doesn’t matter when the house was built. If you’re in the zone you have to meet the Historic guidelines. Ask me how I know. 😳
