Has anyone used skip tracing services? If so, I am just curious as to what your success rate has been on using it. It is very expensive, so for example, if you spent $1000-$2000 on skip tracing, (anywhere from 25 to 100 or so envelopes), could you expect to get a deal out of it? Or several? Any help from investors who have used it would be appreciated.
