So I am employed by a Broker/realtor in San Diego as an assistant and he wanted me to access the MLS. What are the necessary requirements and steps to do it? I really need your help.

Honestly you should ask your broker/agent, if they’re not helping you or being supportive with the setup then I’m not sure they’re the right ones to work for...
