Hi! I’m new-ish to real estate with two properties. I have 100k and want to start a “real” real estate business. What would you all start with? And in what city? Curious...

Hi @Mia Duncan! What are the areas of real estate that interest you? Are you focused primarily on acquiring additional rentals? Flipping? Wholesaling? I think the terrible answer is that it depends on the area you're interested in the most and would be comfortable seeing that $100k investment through :)

Personally I'd be interested in acquiring rental units with that $100k. That won't get a lot out here in my area, but other markets throughout the U.S. would allow for several. Checkout the midwest, you won't get as much (or hardly any) appreciation, but the cashflow is solid.

Congrats on your previous two deals and best of luck!
