@Jerryll Noorden I love this! Thanks for telling me what YOU would do-that's great! I have done a successful flip (selling now) and a lipstick rehab as green calls it. So I have a spot of experience there and my LLC is formed. Central Ohio is where I'm headed to live so that is where I'm looking as at first I want local as you said. This is all good advice and the emphasis on wholesale is something I keep hearing. I think from what you've said I'm on the right path for the most part, not rushing and info gathering (but hopefully without holding myself back either). Thanks again!

@James Hamling well that is something to consider and for sure I have considered HML. Are you saying, in your opinion, that sticking on HML side and letting your money work for you through funding deals/rehabs is best? Or a stepping stone?
