How to find Inherited Properties?

Hi all, I was wondering how do I go about finding people who inherited properties that they don't want. I recently sent out a bunch of YL and recieved a good response from them. But nothing has turned into a deal yet. I plan on sending another mailing but I need to compile another list. How can I get started with this.
