Building a dallas team
Hello everyone,
I am an out of state investor who has narrowed down and decided to focus on north dallas for investment.
I want to stick with "buy and hold" strategy for single family homes.
In north dallas, how can I go about finding:
1) Investor agent
2) Property manager
3) Investor lender
4) Handyman
Unfortunately, I am out of state to scope these people out in person.
Any tips or tricks will be highly appreciated.
