Hey guys, I'm a property manager here in Nashville and I'm considering joining MLS to help get some more attention on our available properties.

I was curious if any other property managers have gone this route, and if they had any tips or advice. I'm still weighing the pros and cons and trying to decide if it will be a good fit or not.

Depends if realtors do co-brokering on lease ups in your market. Our market does not pay much for lease to the co brokering realtor. Because MLS no longer syndicates to Zillow it is waste of our time to put in on MLS. Your exposure will be to other realtors not tenants.
