I see many different ways to target mailing lists. What is the most effective way to target a yellow letter campaign?

IMHO

Set your budget, decide on a prospect group, build your list, mail your list repetitively.

Don't mail more than 1000 prospects 3 pieces over 90 days.

Track calls like you're balancing a checkbook..

Learn your script and presentation and don't let your experience or social and financial makeup influence your opinion on whether a caller is motivated or not...

Listen, use embedded commands, mimic, pace, understand the power of positive and negative phrases and certainly read up on Neurolinguistics.
