If you are getting an estimate from a "reputable" contractor (is there such a thing? Are smurfs real too? PLEASE tell me they are. I want smurf soup.. yooooo I wonder if smurf poop is blue too?! Does it smell like blue berries? oops, I mean smufberries. YO is smurf berries an other name for smurf pooples? Wait.. where was I going with this?

If you are going to get a quote from a smurftractor don't just get one. Get 9 (at least). And have them break it up in scope of work line items.

where you see how much other people in your area has paid for the exact same services.
Do it often enough and you will poop graphs and numbers you'll get so good at it.
