If you can grasp this simple concept your lives will get a LOT simpler.

Most of you (The Wrong Way):

Do a lot of work to reach "people" to only after you do the work figure out they are not a lead at all.

The Right Way:

Only AFTER it is established they are a good lead only THEN, do I do the work.

What do I mean?

What do you all do for lead generation? Cold calling? Driving for dollars? Bandit signs? DMM, etc. etc.

You put in all that work and spend all that money to reach people without even knowing they are even remotely interested in selling! It is ridiculous.

What we do is only after we know the lead is good (extremely motivated to sell their house) only then we talk to them, spend time, gas money and resources on them, schedule an appointment and only then do we do any work.

Do you see the difference?

Come up with systems where you do the work only after you know a deal could be made. If you focus on that, every marketing dollar will be useful and not wasted on people without any desire to sell!

If you can wrap your head around this one simple concept you will be successful beyond imagination!

Good luck!
