Hello everyone my name is Marie , I am really new in wholesaling . I’ve taken all the courses , I’ve watched multiple videos on it , and I got the idea about wholesaling and I am honestly excited to start . But I don’t know the right way to start . That’s why I am on BP . So please I am ready to learn and get my feet through the door .

Hello Marie, hope you're having a great week thus far. I'm an investor in Tampa, also seeking properties in Orlando and I think we could be beneficial to one another. I also agree with Frank above me. Get lists from the county on people who are behind on their taxes, probate, also see what houses haven't had running water in 6+ months,
drive for dollars and find distressed/vacant homes, look on facebook, craigslist, etc. Be creative. Let everyone know what you do, word of mouth is huge, network to investors so you have an idea of what to look for. Don't hesitate to connect with me, I'd love to help and provide as much value as possible.
