Real Cash Buyers / Veted
What’s the best process in determining if a cash buyer is real.
We have a few properties in contract (California and Minnesota) and
we are getting a lot of calls-texts asking for the property address.
We find most of them just want to know the address and the sellers number.
Any advise?

Get a proof of funds letter. A real cash buyer has no issue proving they actually have the cash available.
