Is Michigan a good state to invest in for cash flow ? (If not where would be a good state to invest in for cash flow ) please get back with me I will appreciate i just turned 23 years old in getting into real estate investing my main goal is cash flow I’m not trying to make any mistakes would love to read you guys choices

I've found Grand Rapids to be a great market to dive into despite it being so competitive. The area has been anchored by a number of different colleges/universities, attractive industries (healthcare/manufacturing), and has remained affordable helping retention and population growth. To top it all off Grand Rapids has a couple of different wealthy families who have shown their desire to see the city flourish.
